Terms of service
Last updated: 22 May 2026
This page is a structural placeholder for counsel review. Do not treat it as a binding contract until published and accepted through your signup or checkout flow as required.
Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of Sinter. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the version of these terms in effect at that time, as updated from time to time.
The service
Sinter provides software for structured thinking, including panel-style feedback and a private library. Features and limits may change. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
Trials and billing
Paid tiers may be offered with a 14-day trial as described in product copy and checkout. Billing, renewals, and cancellation are handled through our payment provider’s customer flows (for example Stripe Checkout and billing portal). Fees, taxes, and charge timing are shown at purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to break security, overload systems, or access others’ data without authorisation.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the product, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a licence to host and process your content as needed to run the service for you.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Outputs are not professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make and how you use the product.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or the service is limited as counsel will specify after review. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, limits apply only to the extent allowed.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
